Fuji Alconite Ring K Series BCKTAG, Dark Grey

The Fuji KT model from the K-Series, featuring a small frame and single foot, has become the top choice for builders worldwide. The strength-to-weight ratio of KT rings is legendary, and KT rings pass the test on all types of rods. KT has a low profile, with deeply pressed rings for unmatched strength and a "special absorption window" designed to pull epoxy through the ring frame, down and around the blank on the front side of the ring. This feature eliminates the need for "locking wraps" and provides a guide that is glued to the blank both front and back. KT fits equally well on spinning, casting, and stationary rods and features a patented Fuji, tangle-free design with two slopes. BCKTAG rings have a black frame and an Alconite insert. Alconite is a guide material based on aluminum oxide. It offers exceptional smoothness and durability but at a lower cost than silicon carbide. Fuji Alconite rings have been developed to be lighter than SIC, Hardloy, or aluminum oxide. The surface is extremely smooth.
