FUDO hooks are the best hooks made in Japan at the Fudo factory, combining the finest materials, the best technologies, and the highest human skills. The production process benefits from several patents in metallurgy and manufacturing techniques, with specially selected materials – carbon steel with carefully controlled carbon content.

These materials in the form of calibrated wires are produced exclusively for the Fudo factory. Two different sharpening methods are used: mechanical and chemical. During the process, the sharpness level is monitored online, which ultimately results in a perfectly sharpened hook. Hardening is carried out in computer-assisted special ovens, with temperature control accurate to 0.01 degrees Celsius, and treatment time adjusted with a precision of 0.001 seconds. As a result, Fudo hooks are perfectly hardened, offering excellent strength and elasticity.
