Fudo Chinu Ring Hooks BN-1101

FUDO hooks are the best hooks manufactured in Japan at the Fudo factory, combining the finest materials, the best technologies, and the highest human skills. The production process benefits from multiple patents in metallurgy and manufacturing technology, using specially selected materials – carbon steel with carefully controlled carbon content.

These materials, formed into calibrated wires, are produced exclusively for the Fudo factory. Two different sharpening methods are used: mechanical and chemical. During the process, the sharpening level is continuously monitored, resulting in perfectly sharpened hooks. Hardening takes place in special computer-assisted ovens, with temperature control accurate to 0.01 degrees Celsius, and treatment time adjusted with a precision of 0.001 seconds. Consequently, Fudo hooks are perfectly hardened, offering excellent strength and elasticity.
