The Humminbird HELIX 5 DI G2 is a compact sonar designed for anglers, equipped with a 5inch color display and the Down Imaging and DualBeam PLUS technologies. The combination of these two systems allows analysis of underwater structure and identification of fish beneath the boat.

Down Imaging technology provides a detailed view of the area directly under the boat, useful for spotting structure, obstacles and changes in bottom contour. The system uses 455 and 800kHz frequencies to generate the images shown on the display.

DualBeam PLUS complements Down Imaging with 2D sonar, operating at 200 and 455kHz. The different beam options let you choose between a narrower, high-detail view and a wider coverage area beneath the boat.

The color TFT display has a resolution of 800x480 pixels and delivers a clear presentation of sonar information. Functions are controlled via the buttons located on the front of the unit.

The sonar is supplied with the XNT 9 DI T transducer, intended for transom mounting and fitted with a water temperature sensor.
