The Korum Counterbalance Rest is a front rod support head made from durable plastic material that protects the rod blank and provides a good grip, preventing it from slipping. Its counterbalanced design ensures the support head always stays at the correct angle when the rod rest or chair is placed on steep banks. The rest can freely pivot to a vertical position but adapts to the rod when put in place. 

The high sides of this support head provide excellent rod stability even in strong wind conditions. It features a universal metal thread and can be attached to any type of feeder rod support arm, rod rest, or buzbar-type supports. The specially designed channel in the center of the support efficiently protects the line, preventing it from getting caught between the blank and the support, allowing it to slide freely.
