ESP Cryogen Para-Point Hooks, 10pcs/pack

The ESP Cryogen Para-Point is a teflon-coated hook with a straight eye, medium shank with a subtle curve, and micro barb, specially designed for D-Rig rigs or other rigs intended for floating baits and more. The hooks are made from forged Japanese steel, feature a PTFE finish, and the sharp tip with special technology gives them a long lifespan. This hook is ideal for fishing in snags and gravel areas.

These hooks are currently approximately 25% stronger than their predecessors, while still maintaining the finesse and subtlety of the rig. They are highly effective in a wide variety of bait presentations, and their shape prevents slippage or pulling out of the fish's mouth.

The initial launch of the ESP Cryogen hooks in March 2016 caused a massive stir among renowned anglers, thanks to the exceptional technical advantages they offered. They were the result of over three years of development and field testing, culminating in a new standard of strength and reliability.

New manufacturing techniques involving high temperatures and cryogenic temperatures have produced much stronger hooks. Cryogenic tempering is a process used to improve the molecular structure of the steel, which in turn reduces stress and enhances wear resistance.

Initial tests proved that the new thermal processes combined with heavy forging methods resulted in hooks that were 25-30% stronger than other PTFE-coated carp hooks. The hooks were also subjected to independent scientific tests regarding hardness and tensile strength, and the tests confirmed the initial findings.
