The Kamasaki Rubin Pole is a rod made from IM8 carbon, which provides fantastic resistance to mechanical shocks. The material used for the rod offers a matte black finish with a green accent for an attractive aesthetic.

For the three available sizes of 4.00, 5.00, and 6.00m, the butt diameters are 20mm, 23mm, and 26mm, respectively. The sections are reinforced at the connections, a major advantage in the rod’s final action (recovery power after a quick movement). This rod allows quick adjustments of the rig (float and line), especially in strong wind conditions. Rubin Strong is quick to respond, mainly due to the IM8 carbon in its construction.

The rod can be rigged with elastic (a diameter of 1.4mm is recommended) in combination with monofilaments of 0.14 and 0.16mm. However, it is important not to cut the original tip section, as it is equipped with a connector for quick fixing of the balanced line.
