DUO Realis Vibration 68 G-Fix, Sinking, CCC3351 LG Ghost Gill, 6.8cm, 21g Lure

The DUO Realis G-Fix series consists of compact yet high-performance and incredibly powerful lures. These were designed based on the vision of Mr. Takashi Nishijima, an experienced professional angler from the Biwako area, focused on “big perch” and redefining anglers’ expectations. The original model reflects Mr. Nishijima’s firm commitment to a high-weight tuning concept, incorporated into a remarkably slim body—a rarity among injection-molded vibration lures.

The fixed steel ball (6.0mm x 1) and free-moving balls (3.0mm x 10) have been replaced with tungsten spheres of the same size. Additionally, a fixed weight attached to the lure’s head increases the total weight by 3.5g compared to the standard model. This allows it to sink quickly, while the fast action of the super-flat body eliminates the chance of fish detecting it as anything but real prey. This design minimizes the risk of tangling between the hook and line during the fall, due to the lure’s stable sinking position. The distinctive “rattle” sound quickly attracts target fish.

Moreover, the concentrated weight distribution in the head section and the aerodynamic profile enable the lure to be cast considerable distances and maintain its tracking range, showcasing its full potential in shallow areas with quick retrieval. The compact body faces minimal water resistance, offering exceptional sensitivity, especially effective against inactive fish, luring them with a quick rise-and-fall technique. The small body size aids easier suction by the fish, resulting in improved catch rates.
