The Delphin TECTON bite alarms combine a unique look created by Delphin’s designers with innovative development and reliable electronics, making for an extremely effective and original set at an unbeatable price. They offer three types of indication: visual, vibration and sound. Other important features include tone, volume and sensitivity settings. Both the bite alarms and the receiver are made from hard plastic to withstand impact. They are also water-resistant. Each bite alarm has three buttons. The middle button switches it on and off. Pressing and holding it lights up the LED, creating a pleasant visual effect that works as a night-light to help you see the rod’s position more easily.

A short press of the middle button selects one of the eight available tones. A drop-back bite is indicated by a different tone. Press the V button on the left to adjust the volume or select silent mode. The S button on the right lets you choose one of five sensitivity levels. TECTON uses 1.5 V AAA batteries (3 for the receiver, 2 for each bite alarm). When the batteries start to run low, both the receiver and the bite alarms indicate this with a flashing signal every 5 seconds. The complete set comes in a hard plastic case to protect it during transport.

Attention: When purchasing a replacement bite alarm, make sure you know which type of motherboard your device has—the old version (without the Q.C. marking under the battery cover or with a Q.C. marking up to 12/2025) or the new version (from 01/2026 onwards). These two versions are not compatible and cannot be paired with each other. Bite alarms are available for both motherboard types.

Note: The TECTON kit includes a set of batteries for testing the equipment. We recommend buying a new set for your fishing trips. The bite alarms are available in two colours: red and blue.
