The new Airity LT reel combines extreme durability and retrieval power from the MQ (Monocoque) design with the LT (Light & Tough) concept. By utilizing a lightweight Zaion body along with the MQ design, Daiwa engineers created an incredibly light reel that can withstand extreme conditions, ensuring immense retrieval power and high durability thanks to the MQ frame. The MQ design allows the use of an extra-large gear that is literally built for uncompromising and continuous use when spinning with braided lines and shads.

The Tough Digigear concept offers sensitivity and perfectly smooth operation to detect even the slightest bites. The Hi-Grip ergonomic knob of the handle allows for secure handling even with wet hands. The Airity LT reels are equipped with 8 ball bearings. Among these, sizes 1000/2000 have 3 "CRBB" ball bearings, sizes 2500/3000 have 4 "CRBB" ball bearings, while size 4000 has 5 "CRBB" ball bearings.

Slow Cross Wrap® -  is a special cross-wrapping technology for the line on the spool. This technology significantly reduces tangles around the axis. Additionally, the unique wrapping means that more turns are taken on the spool, resulting in extreme casting distances.

Tough DigiGear® - a digitally developed gear mechanism designed to withstand high drag forces. The pinion integrated into the spool housing transmits the handle power directly to the rotor smoothly and extremely efficiently. The size of the drive wheel, its strength, gear angle, shape, and gear tooth surface allow the construction of gearboxes with exceptional smoothness, minimal resistance during use, and an extremely long lifespan.

Twist Buster® II - a sophisticated system (patent no. EP0876760B1) that minimizes line twisting to a minimum. The latest Twist Buster II system significantly reduces friction between the line and roller, preventing line breakage.

Infinite Anti-Reverse® - a roller bearing that allows the rotor to rotate in one direction only. Only the highest quality steel components with the tightest tolerances are used here.
