The Scobar Pole is one of the most sensitive poles currently available on the market and stands out due to its quick tip (recovery speed after impact) and the reduced diameter of the butt section. For the three available sizes of 4.00, 5.00, and 6.00m, the butt diameters are 17, 20, and 22 millimeters respectively. The sections are reinforced at the connections, a major advantage for the final tip of the pole (the recovery power after a rapid movement). This is a rod that allows for quick adjustment of the rig (float and line), especially in strong wind conditions. The Carp Expert Scobar Pole is quick to strike, mainly due to the IM8 carbon used in its construction.

Its shock resistance is significantly superior to versions made with IM10 and IM12 carbon, albeit with a slightly higher weight, which is not problematic. Being a finesse rod, the Carp Expert Scobar Pole is recommended for use with fine rigs and floats with buoyancy up to 1.5g. Elasticating this model is not recommended, even though the tip section is tubular. We suggest choosing a rod with a stronger, stiffer action. For quick attachment of the balanced line, the manufacturer designed a quick connector on the tip.
