The Scobar Pole is one of the most sensitive rods currently available on the market and stands out due to its lively tip (quick recovery speed after impact) and the reduced diameter of the butt section. For the three available sizes of 4.00, 5.00, and 6.00m, the butt diameters are 17, 20, and 22 millimeters, respectively. The sections are reinforced at the connections, a major advantage for the final tip of the rod (recovery power after a fast movement). It is a rod that allows quick adjustment of the rig (float and line), especially in strong wind conditions. The Carp Expert Scobar Pole is quick to strike, mainly thanks to the IM8 carbon in its construction.

Shock resistance is significantly superior compared to rods built with IM10 and IM12 carbon, but at the cost of a slightly higher weight, which is hardly noticeable. Being a finesse rod, the Carp Expert Scobar Pole is recommended for use with delicate rigs and floats with buoyancy up to 1.5g. Elasticating this model is not recommended, even though the tip section is tubular. We advise choosing a rod with a stronger, more robust action. For quick attachment of the balanced line, the manufacturer designed a quick connector on the tip.
