Bite alarms with built-in radio transmitters have become increasingly popular in recent years, especially for long carp sessions where the alarm sound is sent directly via radio waves to a mobile receiver that picks up the bite signal.

The alarms feature a durable plastic housing with a waterproof finish, a 2.5mm jack for connection to an electronic swinger and a universal mounting thread that can be attached to any rodpod, tripod, buzz bar or bankstick. The receiver has a power button and two volume control buttons (louder or quieter). A strong magnet on the back makes it easy to attach to metal objects.

The electronic alarms include an LED function that makes the alarm signal easy to see, even in the dark. The bright, visible light helps quickly identify when there is a bite. The set is completed by a multi-channel receiver that allows monitoring several alarms at the same time. This advanced receiver features a clear, intuitive LCD screen that displays essential information for each alarm, such as the channel number, battery level and signal strength.

The receiver and alarms have a range of 150m and feature "waterproof" protection (rain-resistant).
