BKK Viper 41 Treble Hooks, Nickel

The Viper-41 is a strong and sharp 4xstrong treble hook, designed with long, straight needle points and a very aggressive curve, developed for topwater fishing techniques.

One of the techniques targeted during the design of the BKK-VIPER-41 was topwater lure fishing. What we aimed to achieve with this hook was a lighter structure to reduce its impact on the lure’s swimming action, while maximizing penetration and holding power.

To reduce the overall weight of the hook and keep it closer to the lure, so that in grassy areas near the surface the chances of snagging vegetation are nearly zero, the welded section of the shanks was shortened, also providing more flexibility to the structure.

The tip point is designed to maximize hooking rate when fishing on the surface or targeting fish that suck the lure, while the aggressive curve shape ensures the hook does not come loose when the fish thrashes and jumps out of the water.

The BKK-VIPER-41 is coated with Bright Tin to withstand even harsh saltwater environments and comes in a wide range of sizes (6 up to 6/0) to fit a huge variety of lures, from small vibrations to large SW stickbaits and poppers.

The quality finish in the production phase, attention to every weld point, considering all parts of the hook to achieve perfect balance, makes this hook ideal for advanced techniques where the hook’s influence on the bait’s action should not alter the most natural and attractive presentation.
