How to use the Umarex Walther ProSecur Bear Defender spray: to correctly use the self-defense spray against bears, operate it with one hand: insert your index finger through the ring, place your thumb on the trigger lever, pull the lever to arm, spray for 3 seconds toward the animal’s eyes to create a barrier, then stop and assess the situation, including wind direction, and spray again if necessary. For safety: return the trigger lever to its original position by pushing forward, then check that the safety clip is securely fastened.

Due to the active substance it contains, Oleoresin Capsicum, avoid contact with skin and eyes, immediately change clothes contaminated with the spray, and wash them with water before reuse. In case of skin contact, rinse the affected area with water for 15-20 minutes, then wash with soap and cold water. If contact occurs with the eyes, remove contact lenses if present, rinse eyes thoroughly with cold water for 15 minutes, and seek medical attention. Contact lenses should be cleaned or replaced.
