The Simms company was founded in 1980 by a visionary angler and longtime guide John Simms. After spending decades providing customers with life-changing experiences on the world's most majestic rivers, John realized that the waterproof gear available at the time did not meet the needs to keep the best anglers dry, comfortable, and safe on the water. The Lightweight Baselayer Bottom is part of Simms' portfolio. This is our first line of defense for cooler mornings and fishing days ahead. Odor-resistant, moisture-wicking fabrics combine for a sleek, warm fit next to the skin. The jacquard elastic waistband and flat seam design promote all-day comfort.
