Avid Carp Marker Float Kit

The Avid Carp Marker Float Kit is a surveying kit that allows the carp angler to explore the fishing spot in great detail. The marker float is made from a solid, lightweight material with high buoyancy and dart-like aerodynamics, providing stability when casting over long distances. It is also highly visible thanks to its fluorescent hi-viz orange color.

The two lead weights, with different masses, have the same aerodynamic shape and feature two special grooves that easily transmit information to the rod tip. The grooves collect debris from the substrate, providing more information about its type.

The extended stem behind the lead is equipped with a large swivel to ensure smooth line sliding and marker movement, even when the substrate is dense with vegetation. For the most accurate information about both the substrate and water depth, it is recommended to use the kit together with a braided line specially designed for surveying.

Features:

  • 1 x Marker float;
  • 1 x Special 3oz lead for water surveying;
  • 1 x Special 4oz lead for water surveying;
  • 2 x Rubber sleeves for protecting the float attachment knot.
