Avid Carp Ex-Cast is a compact, lightweight big-pit reel designed for the modern demands of carp fishing. The ultra-durable satin black finish with gloss black accents delivers a premium look and increased durability. The super-slow oscillation ensures perfect line lay on the spool, optimizing casting distance.

The quick front drag system lets you switch from locked to free spool in less than half a turn. The cold-forged, double-anodized aluminium spool features a line-friendly clip. The machined aluminium handle with a soft-touch knob provides excellent comfort and control.

Construction includes stainless steel main shaft, 5+1 stainless steel bearings, 4.6:1 gear ratio, rotor lock on the pick-up arm, oversized anti-twist line roller, graphite body and side plate, reinforced hollow rotor and instant anti-reverse.
