ASSO Ultra Molecular Shield Dark Green is a monofilament line primarily designed for carp anglers but also equally effective for feeder fishing. It is made in Japan using Japanese raw materials and technology. It is based on a blend of 3 copolymers that are surface-treated and protected (through "Fluorocarbon Coated" technology) to provide a molecular anti-abrasion shield (Ultra Molecular Shield).

In practice, it is one of the few lines twice as resistant to abrasion compared to any other monofilament variant. Water absorption in the intermolecular spaces is almost zero, which gives it flexibility, increased breaking strength (knot test), zero memory, castability, and UV protection. The dark green color ensures nearly perfect camouflage on the submerged substrate. It is presented on 300m spools wound using "Parallel Spooling" technology to preserve and maintain its outstanding qualities for as long as possible (extending lifespan, balanced reel spool loading, and resistance to aging).
