ASSO Ultra Molecular Shield Dark Green is a monofilament line primarily designed for carp anglers but just as useful for feeder fishing. It is made in Japan using Japanese raw materials and technology. It is based on a mix of 3 treated copolymers protected on the surface (through "Fluorocarbon Coated" technology) to provide a molecular anti-abrasion shield (Ultra Molecular Shield).

It is practically one of the few lines that is twice as resistant to abrasion as any other monofilament line. Water absorption in the intermolecular spaces is almost zero, giving it flexibility, increased breaking strength (knot test), no memory, castability, and UV protection. The dark green color ensures nearly perfect camouflage on submerged substrates. It is sold spooled on 1200m reels wound using "Parallel Spooling" technology to preserve and maintain its exceptional qualities for as long as possible (extending lifespan, balanced spool loading, and resistance to aging).
