The 13 Fishing Inception SZ (Sport Z) is a low-profile baitcasting reel designed for predator fishing with artificial lures. Featuring an aluminium frame, Japanese Hamai Cut gears and advanced casting control technologies, it offers a balance of strength, precision and smooth performance. The vivid Radioactive Pickle green finish completes the model’s distinctive design.

Japanese Hamai Cut gears efficiently transfer power from the handle to the retrieve mechanism, contributing to smooth, precise operation. The bearing system combines 2 CZB (Concept Zero Bearing) bearings, 5 stainless steel bearings and an anti-reverse bearing. CZB technology uses advanced polymer elements without balls, designed to reduce friction and increase corrosion resistance. Together with the High Spin Spool Shaft, it helps the spool rotate freely for long-distance casting.

The 6-position centrifugal braking system lets you adjust spool performance to suit lure weight and casting conditions, helping reduce the risk of backlash. The Beetle Wing Rapid Access sideplate provides quick access to the braking mechanism, while the Micro Click Cast Control system allows precise, click-by-click adjustment of spool tension.

The Arrowhead Line Guide is designed to reduce line friction during casting, helping the line flow smoothly. The drag system, equipped with oversized multi-material washers, delivers a maximum drag force of approximately 8.16kg, giving you control when fighting powerful fish. The Instant Stop Anti-Reverse mechanism eliminates handle backplay, allowing an immediate response to bites.

The aluminium handle is fitted with ergonomic EVA Tech grips for a comfortable, secure hold. The Generation II worm gear features a hard-anodised finish for increased wear resistance, while the Ocean Armor 2 treatment provides added corrosion protection, making the reel suitable for use in freshwater, brackish water and saltwater.
