THAW Rechargeable Heated Vest is a rechargeable heated vest for women, designed to maintain thermal comfort in cold conditions. The lightweight construction combines ELLEX thermal insulation with the I.G.N.I.T.E.™ Tech electric heating system, providing passive thermal protection and active heating in 4 strategically placed zones across the core.

I.G.N.I.T.E.™ Tech uses Integrated Graphene Nano heating elements made from graphene braided, which heat up quickly and distribute warmth evenly without rigid, bulky heating coils. The system offers 3 temperature levels, selectable via the LED-lit button.

ELLEX insulation is lightweight and packable, designed to retain heat efficiently without adding excessive bulk. The insulating material is bluesign approved, a standard that promotes responsible use of resources and reduces the environmental impact of braided processes.

On High, the system delivers temperatures up to 55°C with a runtime of approximately 3 hours. Medium runs at 45°C for up to 6 hours, and Low provides around 35°C for up to 9 hours. The nylon outer features a DWR water-repellent treatment free of PFCs, while the lining and fill are polyester. The collar and pockets are fleece-lined for added comfort in cold conditions.

The front closure is a full-length YKK zipper, and the hem adjustment cords allow you to customize the fit. The LED control button indicates the selected heat setting by color: red for High, orange for Medium, and yellow for Low.

Power is provided by a rechargeable 5000mAh, 7.4V battery included in the package. The battery charges via USB-C and sits in a dedicated pocket. The vest is machine washable on a delicate cycle after removing the battery and protecting the power cable according to the manufacturer's instructions.
