Simms was founded in 1980 by visionary angler and long-time guide John Simms. After spending decades providing clients with life-changing experiences on the world’s most majestic rivers, John realized that the waterproof gear available at the time didn’t meet the needs of keeping the best anglers dry, comfortable, and safe on the water. So, he set out to create products worthy of a new generation of anglers who, like him, wanted to get on the water earlier and stay out longer, no matter the weather.

The Tributary Stockingfoot is a waterproof wader from Simms, developed after 16,000 hours of field testing. The wader is constructed with durable, breathable polyester fabric featuring four layers on the lower part and three layers on the upper part. The neoprene boots are compression-molded for enhanced comfort and an improved fit. The chest area has 3 pockets: one central with a waterproof zipper and two side pockets lined with microfleece to keep your hands warm. For adjustment, the wader has two adjustable straps and an elastic belt around the waist.
