The Varivas Avani Sea Bass Si-X PE X8 is a premium braided line made from eight ultra-high modulus polyethylene (PE) fibers of the latest generation (the PE rating comes from the Japanese numbering system, used to measure the diameter of silk lines; the PE rating indicates line diameter, not breaking strength). The line features an SP-F (Super Fluorine Coating) protective layer that prevents damage over time from absorbing saltwater.

Thanks to the technologies behind this line, the braid has a round profile and a reduced diameter with a compact appearance. The soft outer layer protects the line against corrosion and harsh weather conditions. It is characterized by high sensitivity and low stretch, transmitting every action on the lure instantly.

The special manufacturing technology perfectly balances strength and stiffness, maximizing casting distance and performance while reducing line tangles. The Premium White color is highly visible even for night fishing and is available on 150m spools.
