The advantage of titanium leaders is that predators, especially pike, cannot cut them with their teeth! When using lures that try to deceive predators with zigzag movements, a soft leader can easily tangle the hooks. The rigidity of the titanium leader prevents this issue. Even during a long fight, we can be confident that we won't lose the fish from the hook or lure.

The A.F.W Big Game leader is made from 7 tightly braided titanium strands, giving it resistance to twisting and abrasion, while also being very elastic. The top end features a rolling swivel (anti-twist), to which we can attach the main line, while the bottom end has a Power Lock clip, ensuring a quick lure change while correctly positioning the bait for the most natural movement in the water.

NOTE: Leaders are available in nine length variants (the breaking strength is identical across all lengths - 23kg): 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm, 35cm, 40cm, 60cm, 80cm, and 100cm. Dragon recommends using these titanium leaders for targeting trophy-sized pike using the jerk technique.
