The THAW Heated Rechargeable Vest is a rechargeable heated vest for men designed to keep you comfortable in cold-weather conditions. Its lightweight construction combines ELLEX thermal insulation with the I.G.N.I.T.E.™ Tech electric heating system, providing passive thermal protection and active heating through 4 strategically placed zones across the core.

I.G.N.I.T.E.™ Tech uses Integrated Graphene Nano heating elements made from graphene braided. These heat up quickly and distribute warmth evenly without bulky rigid heating elements. The system offers 3 temperature settings so you can adjust the heat level to match weather conditions and your activity.

ELLEX insulation is lightweight and packable, engineered to retain heat efficiently without adding excess bulk. The insulation is bluesign-approved and suitable for use in low-temperature environments.

In High mode the system reaches up to 55°C with approximately 3 hours of runtime. Medium runs at 45°C for up to 6 hours, and Low provides about 35°C with up to 9 hours of battery life. The nylon shell features a PFC-free DWR water-repellent finish, and the lining and fill are polyester. The collar and pockets are fleece-lined for extra comfort and thermal protection in exposed areas.

The front closure is a full-length YKK zipper, and adjustable hem drawcords let you tailor the fit. The LED control button indicates the selected heating level by color: red for High, orange for Medium, and yellow for Low.

Power is supplied by a THAW rechargeable battery, 5000mAh, 7.4V, included and stored in a dedicated pocket. The battery charges via USB-C and features LED charge indicators. The vest is machine washable on a delicate cycle after removing the battery and protecting the power cable according to the manufacturer's instructions.
