The Simms SolarFlex Hoody is a technical hooded shirt designed for maximum sun protection and comfort on very hot days. Made from Simms’ highest-performing UPF 50+ fabric, it provides full protection against UV radiation, making it ideal for shore fishing, boat fishing, or extended outdoor activities. The fabric has a natural hand, is opaque, dries quickly and features HeiQ Fresh and HeiQ Stain Away treatments for odor control and stain resistance.

The 3-panel hood is vented and stays secure thanks to an elastic binding and snap closure, offering effective coverage in strong sun. Extended sleeves with thumb openings and a central thumb loop provide extra protection for the back of the hand. Low-profile seams reduce chafing and increase comfort during wear.
