The Storm Rattlin' Chug Bug is a topwater popper designed for predator fishing with fast retrieves and movements that mimic distressed baitfish. Its specially shaped front end creates noise and splashes on the water’s surface, attracting predators from a distance.

The lure can be worked with techniques such as popping, chugging or Walk-the-Dog, producing side-to-side movements and sudden changes of direction. It features a rattling system that generates sound vibrations, while the weighted rear section helps achieve long casts. The two VMC Black Nickel treble hooks, one of which has a teaser on the rear hook, enhance the lure’s appeal and hooking efficiency. The Naturistic Perch colour replicates the natural appearance of a perch, with yellow-green tones, a dark back and contrasting vertical bars.
