The Stanley The Stay-Hot French Press is an insulated coffee maker designed for brewing coffee by infusion and keeping drinks at temperature for extended periods. The coffee maker is made from corrosion-resistant 18/8 stainless steel, designed to withstand repeated use, and features double walls with vacuum insulation. This technology reduces heat transfer between the contents and the outside environment, keeping drinks hot for up to 4 hours, cold for up to 9 hours and iced for up to 24 hours. The insulated construction helps maintain the coffee’s temperature after brewing, without the need to transfer it to a separate flask. The materials used are BPA-free (Bisphenol A).

The French press brewing system uses a plunger with a fine-mesh stainless steel filter to separate the coffee grounds once brewing is complete. To brew, add ground coffee to the container, pour in hot water and leave to steep for the desired amount of time. Then press the plunger down to push the coffee grounds to the bottom of the container, limiting how much gets into the poured drink. The reusable metal filter eliminates the need for disposable paper filters and allows the coffee’s natural oils and extracted flavours to come through.

The coffee maker features an ergonomic handle for easy carrying and pouring, along with a shaped spout that directs the liquid into your cup. To protect the exterior finish and maintain its appearance over time, it can also be hand-washed with warm water and mild detergent.
