The SolarFlex Hoody features technologies designed for sun protection, while also being created to provide low thermal comfort during the hottest seasons of the year, offering excellent coverage for the head area. This men's quick-dry shirt uses COR3™ fabric to fight odors and wick away moisture, keeping you dry throughout your fishing trip. It is rated UPF 50 for sun protection, with arms and shoulders designed for comfort and natural movement.

UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor and indicates how much UV radiation from the sun is blocked. A fabric with a rating of 50 allows only 1/50th of the sun's UV rays to pass through. This means the fabric significantly reduces skin exposure to UV radiation. All UPF finishes from Simms last for the lifetime of the garment.
