The company Simms was founded in 1980 by visionary angler and longtime guide John Simms. After spending decades providing clients with life-changing experiences on the world’s most majestic rivers, John realized that the waterproof gear available at the time didn’t meet the needs to keep top anglers dry, comfortable, and safe on the water. So, he set out to create products worthy of a new generation of anglers who, like him, wanted to get out on the water earlier and stay out longer in any weather.

The Exstream Pull-Over Hoody is designed to offer wind and water resistance while preserving warmth and comfort for women. The hoody is made with ultra-lightweight, seamless insulation that ensures great freedom of movement even when worn under waders or bibs, and stretch fabrics maximize mobility for a full range of conditions and terrain. The hoody features a kangaroo hand-warmer pocket, a hidden zippered chest pocket perfect for a mobile phone, a zippered trunk pocket, and an internal mesh pocket.

Fabric Technologies:

• Upper body and sleeves – pre-knitted Toray stretch fabric - 30D 91% polyester, 9% spandex with durable water-repellent finish;
• Lower body – 240 g/m2 47% nylon, 36% polyester, 17% spandex, hard-face fleece with anti-pill and durable water-repellent finish;
• Insulation: PrimaLoft Silver Thermoplume with Cross Core™.
• Technology – fill power of 120 g (body and hood); fill power of 100 g (sleeves).
