The Cooling Hoody features technologies developed for sun protection and is designed to offer low thermal comfort during the hottest periods of the year while providing excellent head protection. This men's quick-dry shirt has COR3™ fabric to fight odors and wick moisture, keeping you dry throughout your fishing trip. It is rated UPF 50 for sun protection, with sleeves and shoulders built for comfort and natural movement.

UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor and indicates how much UV radiation from the sun is absorbed. A fabric with a 50 rating allows only 1/50th of the sun’s UV rays to pass through. This means the fabric significantly reduces skin exposure to UV radiation. All UPF finishes by Simms last for the garment's lifetime.
