Simms was founded in 1980 by visionary angler and longtime guide John Simms. After spending decades providing life-changing experiences on some of the world’s most majestic rivers, John realized that the waterproof gear available at the time didn’t meet the needs of keeping the best anglers dry, comfortable, and safe on the water. So, he set out to create products worthy of a new generation of anglers who, like him, wanted to get on the water earlier and stay out longer in any weather.

The Santee Flannel Hoody is made from a blend of organic cotton and recycled polyester. This hoody features special fabrics that not only retain body heat but also keep the weight light, maximizing freedom of movement. It is equipped with a chest pocket and two side pockets for hand comfort. The flannel is very soft to the touch but excels especially in wicking moisture. The two-panel hood is made from organic cotton and recycled polyester and includes a drawstring to keep warmth around the head.
