The Simms company was founded in 1980 by visionary angler and longtime guide John Simms. After spending decades providing clients with life-changing experiences on some of the world’s most majestic rivers, John realized that the waterproof gear available at the time didn’t meet the needs of keeping the best anglers dry, comfortable, and safe on the water. So, he set out to create products worthy of a new generation of anglers who, like him, wanted to get out on the water earlier and stay out longer no matter the weather.

The Henry's Fork Hoody is a hoodie from Simms specially designed for cool days, perfect for both fishing outings and city walks. This hoodie combines the legendary sun protection elements of the Simms SolarFlex collection with the warmth provided by a special fabric blend. The hoody is made from a blend of natural (recycled) and synthetic fibers to offer comfort and performance. The "french terry" back panel is constructed from organic cotton and polyester to retain warmth inside the garment and provide a soft feel to the touch. Additionally, the hoodie features HeiQ Fresh technology that wicks moisture away and prevents unpleasant odors.
