Simms was founded in 1980 by visionary angler and longtime guide John Simms. After spending decades providing clients with life-changing experiences on some of the most majestic rivers in the world, John realized that the waterproof gear available at the time didn’t meet the needs of keeping top anglers dry, comfortable, and safe on the water. So, he set out to create products worthy of a new generation of anglers who, like him, wanted to get on the water earlier and stay out longer in any weather.

The Simms Gore-Tex Rain Head was designed for rainy days on the water, made with 3-layer GORE-TEX® fabric for fully waterproof and breathable performance. It features the Simms logo embroidered on the front of the brim. The head is available in two sizes: S/M and L/XL.
