The Simms Fall Run Insulated Hoody is a lightweight insulated jacket designed for fishing and outdoor activities in cold weather, offering a balance of warmth, comfort and freedom of movement. Wear it on its own on chilly days or as a mid-layer under a protective jacket; it’s suitable for three-season use. Made from 100% polyester with a matte finish and C0 DWR water-repellent treatment, it resists abrasion and helps protect against light moisture. Its low-bulk design makes it comfortable to wear under bibs or wading gear.

The jacket features PrimaLoft Rise synthetic insulation, designed to retain body heat even in damp conditions. Insulation is distributed to suit different areas of the body, with 60g/m2 in the torso and hood for added warmth, and 40g/m2 in the sleeves to reduce bulk and maintain mobility. The insulation contains recycled polyester fibers, helping reduce environmental impact. Its lightweight, flexible construction allows you to layer up without restricting the movements needed while fishing.

The hood has an adjustment system that keeps it securely in place in windy conditions without restricting peripheral vision. The jacket features two handwarmer pockets with YKK zippers and an interior chest pocket for personal items. With its abrasion-resistant shell and functional design, the Simms Fall Run Insulated Hoody is ideal for fishing from a boat, from the bank or while wading, as well as for other outdoor activities in low temperatures.
