Simms was founded in 1980 by visionary angler and longtime guide John Simms. After spending decades providing life-changing experiences to clients on the world's most majestic rivers, John realized that the waterproof gear available at the time didn’t meet the needs of keeping top anglers dry, comfortable, and safe on the water. So, he set out to create products worthy of a new generation of anglers who, like him, wanted to get on the water earlier and stay out longer in any weather.

The Simms ExStream Pull Over Hoody is a hoodie/jacket designed to be worn under bibs or waders when necessary. The ExStream Pull Over Hoody is the mid-layer for cold fishing days, and thanks to special PrimaLoft insulation, it provides the warmth needed for high comfort. The stretchy fabric maximizes mobility and casting range. The hoodie features a kangaroo pocket for hand warming and a chest pocket for storing essential accessories. The cuffs have thumb loops to keep hands warmer and provide extra coverage.

Fabric Technologies:

• Upper body and sleeves - Toray(R) pre-knit stretch fabric - 30D 91% polyester, 9% spandex with durable water-repellent finish.
• Lower body - 240 g/m2 47% nylon, 36% polyester, 17% spandex, hard-faced fleece with anti-pilling and durable water-repellent finish.
• Insulation: PrimaLoft(R) Silver Thermoplume with Cross Core(TM) technology - 200 g filling throughout.
