Simms was founded in 1980 by visionary angler and longtime guide John Simms. The ColdWeather Shirt is a quick-drying shirt designed to combat cold during winter. This shirt helps anglers stay warm during cold weather outings on the water, maintaining body heat while offering excellent freedom of movement. The quick-drying shirt is lined with a soft fleece material. Oversized chest pockets provide plenty of storage space for essential gear. Additionally, the stylish flannel shirt features UPF 50 sun protection.

UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor and indicates how much UV radiation from the sun is absorbed. A fabric rated 50 allows only 1/50th of the sun’s UV rays to pass through. This means the fabric significantly reduces skin exposure to UV radiation. All Simms UPF finishes last the lifetime of the garment.
