The Salmo Slider was introduced many years ago, becoming legendary among predator anglers. It's no surprise that this lure has broken many personal records for anglers (both beginners and competition fishermen). The Salmo Rattlin' Slider features the same proven action as the Slider lure, but this model has been enhanced with a special internal chamber containing rattling metal beads that produce low-frequency vibrations, while its aerodynamic shape further facilitates casting to considerable distances.

Retrieving this lure is very easy, with any retrieval technique being effective; the lure’s movement mimics that of an injured baitfish. The colder the water, the longer the pause between movements should be (up to 3 seconds). Typically, the Slider is fished with a series of regular, sharp, and aggressive rod jerks, combined with a fast retrieve. Before using this lure, it is recommended to cast it a few times in clear water to observe its action and improve your lure handling technique.
