The Salmo Slider was introduced many years ago, becoming legendary among predator anglers. It's no surprise that this lure has set many personal records for anglers (both beginners and competitive). The Salmo Rattlin' Slider features the same proven action as the Slider lure, but this model has been improved internally with a special chamber containing rattling metal beads that produce low-frequency vibrations. Its aerodynamic shape further enhances casting distance.

Retrieving this lure is very easy; any retrieval technique is effective, with the lure’s movement mimicking that of an injured prey fish. The colder the water, the longer each pause should be during the retrieve (up to 3 seconds). Typically, the Slider is fished with a series of sharp, aggressive rod jerks combined with a fast retrieve. Before using this lure, it's recommended to cast it a few times in clear water to observe its action and refine your technique.
