The Salmo Slider was introduced many years ago, becoming legendary among predator anglers. It's no surprise that this lure has set numerous personal records for anglers (both beginners and competitors). The Salmo Rattlin' Slider features the same renowned action of the Slider lure, but this model is enhanced with a special internal chamber containing rattling metal balls that produce low-frequency vibrations, while its aerodynamic shape further improves casting distance.

Casting Slider lures marked a new level of quality in the artificial bait world. Retrieving this lure is very easy; any retrieval technique is effective, as the lure's movement mimics that of an injured baitfish. The colder the water, the longer the pause after each movement should be—up to 3 seconds.

It is recommended for pike fishing; typically, Slider is worked with a series of sharp, aggressive rod jerks combined with a fast retrieval. Before using this lure, it's advisable to cast it a few times in clear water to observe its action and improve your technique.
