The Prowess Boat Pod Mk2 is a brilliant rod pod designed for fishing from a boat or pontoon. This new generation features an additional adjustable arm (for even greater freedom in anglers' settings), a central frame, and a base that create a stable, practical, and highly versatile system. The base for attaching the rod pod (with a mounting slot thickness of 8.5cm) allows it to be supported slightly outside the boat, so the rod handles do not take up the usable space inside. Each joint of the rod pod is equipped with metal fixing screws for easy customization. The central body can extend from a minimum of 65cm up to a maximum of 105cm.

The buzz bars are equipped with 3 posts for attaching bite alarms, and the buzz bars measure 40cm in length with a 19cm distance between posts (which can be extended/adjusted up to 20cm using an Allen key). The buzz bars attach to the rod pod’s central body using two fixed rods, each 30cm long. Weighing only 3.8kg, this rod pod is easy to store and transport under any conditions. Featuring a mounting system identical to electric motors, it can be installed on the transom of an inflatable boat, the edges of a rigid boat (fiberglass or aluminum), or the edge of a pontoon. By adjusting a fixing screw, the angle can be adjusted up to 90 degrees in just a few seconds to optionally position the rod tips up or down.
