Description caret-down

Korda Chod Rig Long Barbless Rig, 3buc/sachet

The Korda Chod Rig Long is a rig specially designed for carp fishing over silty/muddy bottoms. Invented several years ago by Frank Warwick and responsible for many notable captures, the Chod Rig is used primarily with buoyant baits such as pop-ups or snowman setups.

The operating principle is relatively simple, the main advantage being the ability to adjust the hooklink's position along the leadcore. In other words, no matter how far the lead sinks into the silt, the bait will always sit above the substrate.

The ring swivel allows 360° rotation of the hooklink, an ideal feature when carp are fussy, as the bait can be sucked in from virtually any position.

  • Rig type: Chod Rig Long;
  • Rigid Mouth Trap hooklink;
  • Durable ring swivel;
  • Bait ring;
  • Packaging: 3buc/sachet.
