The front is made from a cotton-polyester blend for durability and comfort, while the rear mesh panels, made from polyester, promote airflow and help reduce heat buildup during use. The rigid front backing (Hard Buckram) maintains the crown’s structured shape, while the mid profile offers a comfortable fit and balanced look.

The pre-curved Permacurv visor retains its shape and provides protection from sunlight. It features eight rows of stitching for added durability and a classic look.
