The front is made from a cotton and polyester blend for durability and comfort, while the rear mesh panels, made from polyester, promote airflow and help reduce heat build-up during use. The rigid front support (Hard Buckram) maintains the crown’s structured shape, while the mid profile ensures a comfortable fit and a balanced look.

The pre-curved Permacurv visor retains its shape and provides protection from the sun, with eight rows of stitching for durability and a classic look.
