Rapala Fat Rap Lure, P, 5cm, 8g

Rapala Fat Rap Lure, P, 5cm, 8g

The Rapala Fat Rap is a balsa wood lure available in a wide range of natural and eye-catching colors. It is designed for targeting predatory fish such as perch, zander, pike, and asp. Its compact, deep-bodied profile produces a tight, vibrating action with rapid oscillations, imitating a fleeing baitfish. It can be fished in both lakes and rivers, making it ideal for exploring deeper areas.

The lure features a diving lip that allows it to reach depths of 2.1 to 4.2m, depending on retrieve speed and technique. Its balsa wood body provides positive buoyancy, allowing the lure to rise toward the surface during pauses in the retrieve. Two VMC Black Nickel treble hooks ensure effective hook-ups, and each lure is hand-tuned and tank-tested for proper action.
