The Opinel Nr.10 Pruning Pocket Knife is a pocket tool used by gardeners for cutting branches and saplings of various shrubs and trees to encourage healthy growth. It is a knife with a total length of 19.5cm and weighs only 76g. The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 stainless and modified steel which, unlike "carbon steel," does not rust. It has high corrosion resistance due to added chromium and has undergone a special heat treatment, giving it a hardness of 57-58HRC.

The ergonomic handle is made of beechwood, resistant to moisture and extreme temperatures (between -40 and +80 degrees C), slightly flared at the end, making the knife comfortable to hold and preventing slipping during use. It features the Virobloc locking system – this locks the blade in both open and closed positions, making it easy and safe to store and carry. The knife comes packaged in a cardboard box.
