Prologic Combat-Classic Shrink Fishing Rod, 3.60m, 3.00lbs, 2 pcs

Prologic Combat-Classic Shrink Rod, 3.60m, 3.00lbs, 2pcs

The Combat Classic rods are designed for anglers looking for a reliable outfit capable of delivering a balanced combination of sensitivity, power and casting accuracy. A construction based on 24T carbon blanks with low resin content helps achieve a progressive action with quick response and a sufficient power reserve to handle large fish.

The blank features a matte black finish and is engineered to offer an effective compromise between flexibility and strength. The rod's action allows precise, controlled casts, adapting to a wide range of situations encountered in carp fishing. The power reserve in the lower part of the blank aids control of fish during the fight and enables long-distance casts.

The setup includes lightweight Minima guides, fitted with an impact-resistant tip ring, to reduce overall weight and improve casting behavior. A 50mm butt guide, or 40mm on the 3lb versions, accommodates modern long-cast spools. A dedicated protector for the butt guide helps prevent damage during transport.

The retractable handle, fully covered with Japanese heat-shrink material, offers comfort and a good grip in use. For quick and correct alignment of the sections, the rod is fitted with discreet orange alignment marks on each joint. Marks placed 30cm and 50cm from the reel seat allow precise measurement of the line and facilitate the use of Zig Rig setups.
