The Wire Cage Large Feeder is a new model of perforated basket, open at both ends, specially designed to be used at the beginning of the fishing session when a quick bait spread is desired by introducing a large amount of bait. The semi-round body of the basket is made from stainless steel treated with a special eco-friendly and non-toxic anti-corrosive powder coating.

The metal weight ensures the basket’s stability on the substrate when fishing in strong currents. The perforations in the basket’s body help efficiently disperse the bait in the water. The weight is equipped with a fixing eye, allowing for quick attachment to any swivel, clip, etc.

Preston Wire Cage Feeder baskets with wide mesh are ideal for sessions where fishing in shallow water is done and we want the bait to come out immediately after hitting the water. They are equally useful in sessions where the bait is placed in the water column to attract the attention of fish swimming between depths. If you want to fish with wetter bait than usual, the mesh of this basket helps the bait break up faster compared to using baskets with tighter mesh.
