The Penn International 50VISW Reel Gold multiplier is made in the USA using both domestic and imported components. The body and side plates are machined from high-strength, lightweight anodized aluminum of premium quality. The gearing is done through a stainless steel gear system for durability and speed, while the Dura-Drag system ensures smooth starts and virtually eliminates hesitation, even under extreme drag conditions. Equipped with the Quick-Shift II™ system for fast switching between two speeds, Versa-Strike for adjusting the drag engagement point, and a double-click pawl anti-reverse system, this product also features line capacity rings. Manufactured in Philadelphia, this multiplier is the result of Penn’s extensive experience since 1932 in producing durable, high-quality reels.
